What is your favorite quote, saying, or motto?

“What’s done in love is done well.” -Vincent Van Gogh

What is your greatest achievement in life so far?

Just being where I am today, I didn’t have the easiest childhood growing up and wasn’t around the most influential people and I still was able to achieve everything I set my mind to.

What is your #1 pet peeve?

When people pull fabric or silverware through their teeth, even the thought of it makes my skin crawl.

What is your most memorable moment in your EMS career?

The community outreach event I participated in. I loved being able to get out and interact with the community and help them understand who we are as a whole and what we do.

What is your favorite movie or play?

My favorite movie is “where the crawdads sing.”

What would constitute a perfect EMS crew member?

I believe a perfect partner is someone you get along with well and someone you know for certain will have your back in any instance. I also think it’s important to be able to communicate and laugh with them as well, after all you are stuck on a truck with them for 12 or more hours.

What is your best kept secret?

I don’t think I really have any, I’m an open book.

What would you consider your worst habit?

Overthinking.

Greatest inspiration in your life?

My nana is 100% my greatest inspiration. She was diagnosed with cancer multiple times and underwent a ton of treatments and it took a huge toll on her but even then, she still looked out for everyone around her and made sure everyone was okay. She had the biggest heart out of anyone I’ve ever known and she could make someone’s day just by showing them how much she cared for them. I think if I could live my life at a fraction of how she lived hers, I’d be doing pretty good.

What is your favorite food item?

Mac and cheese or any type of mexican food.

What would be considered luxury to you?

Traveling the world.

If you could meet anyone in the history of the world, who and why?

Anne Frank. I loved learning about her in school and I would like to be able to sit down with her and talk about all the details she left out of her journals about everything she went through during their hideout.

What would your epitaph say?

If you’re reading this, unplug my hair straightener.

What is your favorite type of music?

Any type music.

Where would you like to grow old?

Somewhere with a pretty view, either the beach or mountains. I want to build a house with a big wrap around porch!
