The Greenville County Department of Public Safety - Records Management Services Division is a centralized records management operation for the Greenville County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) and the Greenville City Police Department (GPD). The Division also manages the processing and release of records from the Greenville County Detention Center, to include inmate medical records.

The Public Records office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding holidays). We are accessible in person, by phone, website and by email. Our motto is "at your service".

Captain Jinny Moran is the Division Manager over the Records Division.
