What is the procedure for making public appearances at a Council Meeting?
Answer:
There will be two separate groups of appearances. The first group of appearances will be reserved for
those individuals whose topic of discussion is reflected on the current agenda for the evening's meeting.

The second group of appearances will be for any item of interest to the citizen, except for those items that
have previously had a public hearing. These appearances will precede Requests and Motions.
