The Special Projects Division provides oversight and facilitation for the department’s numerous projects. Serving as the change agent, the Special Projects Team assists with setting goals and objectives, sets timelines, eliminates obstacles, and ensures financial stability. Methods from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement are used to facilitate project completion.
