Preliminary Plan Search Options
To view all applications in chronological order, simply click on the desired link below and click the
submit tab. If you’d like to view applications for the current month, click on the “Search Preliminary
Applications, 2008-Present” and enter the month and year in the “Submittal Month-Year” tab ( (i.e. 01- 2007)
and select enter.
The Access Road indicates where the property is located. Click the PDF icon to open documents.
Final Plat Search Options
The planning commission meeting takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and is open
for public comment. If you would like to submit a comment or concern regarding any proposed subdivision
or preliminary plan application you are free to contact our office via email: Publiccomments@Greenvillecounty.org
