Volunteers are a vital part of the Litter Ends Here program and an asset that cannot be replaced. Our volunteers are our best advocates to the community and they help to build positive exposure for Greenville County Litter Ends Here program. It is our hope you will become part of our team dedicated volunteers.
Litter Ends Here provides all the training, supplies and we even pickup your bags of collected litter for free.
Volunteer Opportunities
- Lead a Volunteer Group Cleanup
If you’re looking for a great way to give back to the community, a group litter cleanup is for you! You can pick a local road to clean up as a group. We’ll provide your group with safety vests, bags, gloves and litter grabbers.
- Adopt a Road
Your business can choose a section of a Greenville County road to maintain by doing litter pickups four times per year. When you adopt a road, the name of your volunteer group will be displayed on an Adopt a Road sign to show the public how much your group cares. We’ll provide your group with safety vests, bags, gloves and litter grabbers.
- Become a Volunteer Sponsor
If your business, church, or group wants to help end litter, but you don’t have time to volunteer then you can help encourage and thank others by supplying the program with prizes and gifts to thank volunteers. Groups have supported and thanked volunteers in all kinds of unique ways, from providing free sandwiches to all the active volunteers, to buying prizes baskets for volunteers who have earned the top spots on our programs leaderboard.
How to Become A Volunteer:
