The Legislative Delegation office is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of permanent documents regarding the Greenville County Legislative Delegation and the Greenville Legislative Delegation Transportation Committee (GLDTC) public meetings according to the South Carolina Code of Laws. The office composes and provides comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the twenty-three Legislative Delegation members and the Greenville Legislative Delegation Transportation Committee while serving as a liaison between the general public to departmental agencies and organizations. This office also processes all Notary Public applications filed by Greenville County residents. Though state-mandated, the Delegation office is county-funded.
