• Stormwater Management, Clean Water Act, Soil & Water Commission
• Animal Care Services
• Floodplain Management
• Greenville County Redevelopment Authority
• All fire districts and fire service areas
• SCTAC and Greenville Airport Commission
• Recreation
• Public Utilities
• All special tax districts and all special purpose districts not otherwise assigned
• Property Management – Supervision/Maintenance of all County buildings and property, grounds, and parking facilities
• Codes Enforcement
• Private Roads
