Sterling Community Special Tax District was created for the purpose of providing, within the district, for the health, safety, and welfare by installing and maintaining streetlights, control litter and other health hazards along the public rights-of-way, and maintain and promote improvement for the entrance/exit, and rights-of-way.
The Commission is the governing body of this special tax district and consists of five (5) members appointed by County Council. All members of the Commission shall reside within the geographical boundaries of the special tax district.
This board meets on an as needed basis.
