Greenville Transit Authority is a joint City/County/Delegation board consisting of seven (7) members who are appointed by the three legislative bodies for three (3) year terms:
- Greenville City Council: two (2) members
- Greenville County Council: two (2) members
- Greenville County Legislative Delegation: three (3) members
The board meets the fourth Thursday of the month at 12:30 p.m. at 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville.
Powers and Duties: The board oversees the financial and operational areas; adopts an annual budget; approves major expenditures and service changes; and sets priorities and service standards.
