A resolution authorizing and approving (1) the assignment and assumption of a fee in lieu of tax agreement by and between Greenville County, South Carolina and Honeywell International, Inc.; (2) the assignment and assumption of an infrastructure financing agreement by and between Greenville  County, South Carolina and Honeywell International, Inc.; and (3) the County’s execution and delivery of an assignment and assumption of FILOT agreement and an assignment and assumption of infrastructure financing agreement in connection with such assignments and assumptions; and (4) other matter related thereto.
